Our Enchanted Teas

Every tea hour must become a masterpiece To serve as a distillation of all tea hours As if it were the first and with no other to follow. The act of drinking tea must be attended by beauty. From -The Classic of Tea

Peach Passion Fruit

Peach passion fruit was the first flavor that we blended.

The inspiration came from a scone we served at our restaurant, "The Enchanted Tea Garden".

It was a peach scone with passion fruit frosting. When paired with the tea and served hot with sugar and a little milk this was a truly delightful experience!

This tea is also delicious iced when served on a hot summer dayin a garden somewhere exotic and luxurious, if only in your imagination….

Truly enchanting!

Tea, n. (Chinese tcha; Malay teh; ME. Tey and tee, Pronounced tey.) 1. A decoction or infusion of boiling water, used as a beverage, This is generally mixed with a little milk or cream and sweetened with sugar. 2. An afternoon gathering at which guests are served with tea and treats.

Orange Cream Currant

This is the second tea that we blended.

Again we drew our inspiration from our scones a delicious blend of oranges and cream with a touch of black currant.

Served hot, it tastes like a warm cream cycle when served with just a little sugar and milk.

Iced in the summer it will remind you of a sunny day on a Southern California beach.

"Take some more tea, the March Hare said to Alice very earnestly". "I've had nothing yet." Alice replied in an offended tone, "so I can take more." "You mean you can take less," said the Hatter, "it's very easy to take more than nothing." Lewis Carroll, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland

Strawberries and Cream

Strawberries and Cream came next and yes we served that scone as well.

Our customers could taste that we were on to something, they simply loved it! Absolutely delightful!

Summer time, served hot or in a tall cold glass, the smell and flavor of this tea makes it one of my favorites.

Like fresh strawberries it recalls summer's warm breeze just when you need it the most, on cold winter days.  ;

Everyone’s favorite!

The aroma of the Caramel Pear is a truly delightful experience.

It’s a creamy caramel flavor with the taste of fresh perfectly ripened pears. Dessert in a cup!

Hot or cold this tea is a standout!

Add a little milk to draw out the creamy smooth caramel flavor, add a little sugar to sweeten the pear to perfection, sit back and enjoy!

The legend began with a diplomatic mission to China. The life of a Mandarin in son was saved by a British diplomat Who was sent by the Prime Minister Earl Grey. The grateful Mandarin in turn gave the diplomat a recipe for a Wonderful blend of tea. Centuries later we still enjoy this exotic blend. - A Chinese legend

Enchanted Earl

Not just another Earl tea, our Enchanted Earl is a secret recipe!

With just the right amount of Bergamot, Orange and Vanilla, this smooth and delicious blend is enough to satisfy the fussiest of Earl Grey aficionados.

A perfect pairing of the Orange and bergamot flavors mellowed with Vanilla gives this tea a robust flavor making it a wonderful tea for those who like a little less bergamot but still maintain the characteristics of a fine British Earl Grey.

This tea hits the mark!  A favorite in tea rooms across the country!

Irish Breakfast

Our Irish tea inspired our business from day one.

This is the tea that I drank with my grandmother in the kitchen of her little log cabin on the Cedar River.

With her Irish Brogue she would tell stories of her childhood while serving me and my sister tea with milk and sugar and homemade pie.

I can still remember the smell of my grandmothers cooking and the wonderful warm feeling of love that seemed to come right out of the cup.

"The tea hour is the hour of peace.. Strife is lost in the hissing of the kettle a tranquilizing sound, Second only to the purring of a cat." - Agnes Repplier, To Think of Tea!

Vanilla

This tea is a delightful blend of our Irish Breakfast and Vanilla.

The smell of freshly baked short bread cookies comes to mind while sipping this tea.

There is something very calming and soothing about the smell and taste of vanilla.

All your stress will disappear and you will be transformed to a quiet place far, far away.

This is a classic!

Huckleberry

Memories of finding these berries in the woods around Grandma’s house in the summer time are among my fondest.

Grandma would bake us sweet huckleberry tarts if we found enough, a rare and wonderful treat!

We are pleased to bring the flavor of these wild berries to you in a delightful cup of tea!

This tea is one of our favorites served over iced!

You’ll feel like your sitting on the banks of a North West stream in August!

Ambrosia

What a fun and wonderful flavor this was to create.

Taking our inspiration from the dessert of the same name, this is a tea of many flavors.

Coconut, orange, apricot and almond are a delightful and yummy combination.

The smell of toasted coconut sets this one apart from the rest!

The very tropical and romantic flavor of this tea makes one long for a tropical voyage!

Truly enchanting!
